Elgin

We want to thank Grampian Furnishers for accommodating us over the past year.

We have decided to have a change of scenery so future meet ups are now going to be at Decora, Elgin

Forres meetings have been cancelled for the time being. We hope to have them up and running again in the future.

FND – Movement and Rehab Group

Thursday’s at 13:00 to 14:15 – Located at Project Neuro LTD – £5 per session
This group is open to everyone who is living with FND, the session will encourage movement within the body, social opportunities and time with a specialist.
The room will be set out with movements and activities that you can come and use at YOUR pace and YOUR ability.
